Join artist Talavera Ballon as we take a last look at the artwork of Milagros & Memories and explore his work in more detail.

Historically, people have migrated fleeing conflict, war, persecution, escaping poverty and unemployment.

“Somos tierra que anda - We Are The Earth that Walks”, a compelling exhibit of oil paintings by San Francisco-based artist Talavera- Ballón, explores the topics of displacement, migration, and the role of women in the pursuit of dignity and social justice.  

We are fortunate to have a selection of these paintings on display as part of our "Milagros" exhibition at the Sausalito Center for the Arts. We cordially invite you to join us for a closing reception and an artist talk on November 12.
